Aging Resources in Central New York

Most Seniors today are healthier and more active than their parents. As a result, Baby Boomers are living longer and changing how people retire. The majority of these Baby Boomers want to live independently in a house instead of relocating to a retirement community. However, as people age, there may arise situations where independent seniors may need varying degrees of assistance. Also, the opportunity to engage with others outside of the home is both physically and mentally beneficial.
